Behaviour Mentor (SEMH Support) – PR8 & PR9 – Southport Primary Schools
Teaching Personnel are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs across our partner primary schools in the Southport (PR8/PR9) area.
Role Overview
* Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Working 1:1 and with small groups
* Assisting teachers with behaviour intervention plans
* Building positive relationships and modelling appropriate behaviour
* Full-time roles available
Pay:
£13.75–£14.50 per hour (PAYE)
What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting SEMH or challenging behaviour
* Calm, resilient and firm but nurturing approach
* Ability to de‑escalate and use positive reinforcement
* Relevant experience is essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
