Duties/Responsibilities:
6. Administrative Support to Financial Planners and Team Leader
7. Obtaining provider information and collating these together with relevant client specific illustrations required to assist adviser with their recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports
8. Processing New Business following adviser handover
9. Ensuring all compliance documents on file/provided by adviser prior to submission
10. Ensuring client advised of progress throughout this process
11. Assisting with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reports (inc charges schedule) in line with adviser recommendations
12. Producing Risk Profiler results where required
13. Processing and monitoring switch directly with provider or electronically via platform
14. All above is to be adhered to in line with the WS Fund Switch Process
15. Preparing valuation reports
16. Preparing supporting performance documentation for client review appointments
17. Preparing review checklist for adviser/client appointments
18. Preparing any documentation required (compliance or policy specific i.e. death benefit nomination form)
19. Preparing half yearly valuation reports for issue to client (postal or electronic)
20. Completing withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients/advisers, as directed by adviser
21. To provide an efficient, high quality and compliant service to our clients. Deliver a full customer service in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
Skills/Experience required:
22. Previous experience as an IFA Administrator is essential
