Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop our roofing operations based in Taunton. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while driving commercial performance and team development.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the roofing branch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Manage and support site teams, supervisors, and office staff
*
Drive business growth by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
*
Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability
*
Coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team
Requirements:

Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role within roofing or construction
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Good commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets
*
Excellent communication and client management skills
*
Strong understanding of health & safety within construction
