Speak to customers via inbound and outbound calls Understand their needs and offer the right insurance solutions Provide accurate quotes across a range of products Offer reassuring, empathetic support - especially to elderly or vulnerable customers Help customers arrange their cover for the year ahead You'll receive full classroom and on-the-job training, with clear progression as you master each product. ?
