Hours and Salary:
Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
Salary Range: £49,950.27 - £52,221.35 (pro rata for part-time)
Allowances: Outer Fringe Weighting £694.25 (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
* Ensure integrated pathways for service users requiring treatment for addiction-related health needs, aligned with CGL policy and national guidance.
* Implement and maintain immunization and vaccination schemes to combat blood-borne viruses and other infectious diseases; advise professionals on BBV and care for individuals with drug and alcohol issues.
* Undertake regular CPD; foster learning and development within your team; disseminate information from senior management.
* Deliver high-standard clinical services in line with national guidance, CGL policies, and CQC standards.
* Manage clinical aspects of new developments within the service.
* Develop and manage nursing staff; participate in training programs; support peers regionally and organization-wide.
* Lead clinical advisory groups, committees, and partnership meetings to represent services appropriately.
* Collaborate with the Lead Doctor or NMP to develop and implement treatment plans, including supporting detoxifications.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration with current pin.
* Significant experience in health/social care, preferably within substance misuse.
* Experience in managing clinical teams and services.
* Deep knowledge of clinical interventions, treatment models, harm minimization, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication and IT skills; ability to manage change and work collaboratively.
* Commitment to information governance and ongoing professional development.
