- £46,000 Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Professional with experience of leading a team? Would you like to work for a fast-growing organisation that supply industry leading products? If so, we may just have the role for you Role Overview: Working for a fantastic, fast-growing business, you will lead a team of three whilst driving impactful marketing campaigns.
Your role is to shape strategy, oversee execution and ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all channels.
This is a hands-on role and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industry-leading brands.
Please note that this is a fully site-based role in Portsmouth, working 8.45am 5.30pm.
Your responsibilities: Lead, organise and support the digital and non-digital marketing team Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email and content Contribute to and oversee social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter Strengthen digital marketing plans with clear growth-focused strategies Align marketing and sales activity to improve the customer journey Manage and optimise campaigns to increase traffic, engagement and conversions Analyse brand positioning, market insights and campaign performance Propose innovative ideas for compelling campaigns and content updates Oversee website performance, analytics and user experience improvements Collaborate closely with sales and creative teams to meet business objectives Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead Our ideal candidate: Proven experience in a similar in-house digital marketing role Experience leading or managing a web or marketing team A marketing-related degree or equivalent industry experience Strong written and verbal xxuwjjq communication skills Excellent copywriting and editing ability Confident, dynamic personality with the ability to inspire others Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines A collaborative approach when working with teams and stakeholders Company benefits: Birthday voucher Free on-site parking Company pension scheme Cycle to work scheme 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company events and functions If you have the skills and experience to match this role, we would love to hear from you!
