Female Personal Support / Care Worker for lady with MND - Cannock - DAYS OR NIGHTS- £13.38 per hour ⭐
Are you passionate about providing life-changing care? We’re looking for a dedicated Female Complex Care Assistant to join our compassionate team in the Cannock area, where you'll have the opportunity to support one individual client in a truly meaningful way.
In this unique role, you’ll be working closely with a person living with Motor Neurone Disease, helping them maintain their independence and live life to the fullest – both at home and out in the community.

Our small teams of Personal Assistants provide bespoke, person centered care to really make a difference in our clients lives. You’ll only be working with one client which enables you to truly get to know them and make a meaningful difference each day.
🐈You must be comfortable with pets as there are several cats in the clients home.
Roles available:
☀️Days - 18 hours a week. There is a mixture of shifts and there is some flexibility in days of the week worked, which can be discussed at interview. Alternative weekends will be required.
OR
🌜Waking Nights - Average of 25 hours per week - 10PM-8AM (Week 1: Monday, Wednesday & Friday - Week 2: Saturday and Sunday)

✏️All training is provided and will consist of e-learning courses, face-to-face sessions, practical training, clinical training and competencies. The training is bespoke to the client and fully comprehensive for meeting their needs. We also provide refresher training on a regular basis, to keep your knowledge and skills current.
🔍Who we are looking for:
👉You must be self motivated, well organised, reliable and an excellent team player. As well as being a naturally caring and compassionate person, we’re seeking Care / Support workers with experience of:
*
🟣Personal care, support to manage incontinence, and measures to maintain a good skin state.
*
🟣Catheter Care.
*
🟣Moving and Handling (including hoisting and position changes).
*
🟣Domestic duties (Laundry, cleaning, cooking nutritious meals).
*
🟣Gastrostomy care and administration of prescribed feed, fluid and medication.
*
🟣Monitoring of general health and well being, and daily record keeping.
*
🟣Proving support around meal times due to the clients dysphagia
👉You should also have:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
*
Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness.
