About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You will manage customer inquiries related to the order:to:cash process and reverse logistics, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will help streamline operations and provide proactive solutions, contributing directly to a seamless customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative
Order Processing and Compliance
* Accurately process and load customer orders in line with legal and internal compliance requirements
* Act as the primary contact for shipment, packing, and reverse logistics queries
Reverse Logistics Coordination
* Manage returns, warranty claims, stock cleanses, and quality:related issues
* Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies efficiently and professionally
Customer Reporting and Documentation
* Produce customer reports using internal systems
* Raise credit and debit notes in line with financial and legal guidelines
Customer Communication
* Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal sales teams
* Ensure all queries are resolved within agreed timelines and company policies
Who Were Looking For
* We are seeking a proactive, customer:focused professional who thrives in a fast:paced environment.
* Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management
* Strong telephone and call:handling skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is highly desirable
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
