A well-established business is looking for an Operations Manager to take responsibility for overseeing and optimising the operational processes. You will be collaborating with various departments to implement and maintain effective operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals and standards.
As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting with the Group International Office compliance and reporting, ensuring operational compliance in respect of all client requirements across entities.
Leading the development and implementation of operational strategies to support company growth.
Mapping and documenting operations, procedures, and processes while establishing robust monitoring mechanisms.
Implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Company’s operational business processes, including Business Continuity Plan and quality assurance programs.
Conducting regular operational audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
Leading new partner onboarding from start to finish, including liaising with legal and commercial teams regarding contract reviews and due diligence.
Maintaining and growing the international and domestic partner network.
Identifying and assessing potential operational risks across the organisation, developing strategies to mitigate risks, and implement controls.
Providing guidance and training to employees on operational best practices.
Monitoring changes in industry standards and best practices affecting the organisation and updating operational programs accordingly.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure operational excellence and adherence to industry standards.
Serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors during operational audits and assessments.
Investigating and resolving operational issues, complaints, and inefficiencies in a timely and effective manner.
Preparing and submitting operational reports and filings as required.
Collaborating with commercial and legal counsel to address operational matters affecting the organisation.
Collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure best practices are implemented and adhered to internally.
Staying abreast of emerging operational trends and developments to proactively address potential risks.
Ensuring any special provisions are verified and compliant, raising any risks associated with various entities to the Managing Director.
Liaising with external consultants regarding any operational improvements.
Implementing processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in departments.
Owning and leading on all aspects of company regulatory compliance, present compliance audit reports to board ensuring that internal standards and regulatory requirements are upheld.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with:
Extensive experience of working in an operations or commercial department on an international level.
Extensive experience of working with International Sales Teams.
Excellent computer skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Proven experience in operations management, with compliance and risk responsibility, preferably in a regulated industry
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards across EMEA (e.g. GDPR/ISO/ESG).
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess their impact.
