You will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring efficient management, strong tenant relationships, and asset value growth. This senior-level role involves lease management, financial oversight, compliance, and strategic asset performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
* Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including health & safety.
* Prepare and manage service charge budgets and financial reporting.
* Maintain strong tenant and client relationships.
* Identify and implement asset enhancement strategies.
* Supervise and mentor junior surveyors.
About You:
* MRICS qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
* Strong experience in property management and asset strategy.
* Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law and lease management.
* Excellent financial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders effectively.
