Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading HVAC Solutions Provider.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator responsible to plan and schedule the work of engineers, provide service support and quoting of works on heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment.
The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator must have knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical within the Building Services industry.

Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Must be able to commute to the office in Macclesfield.Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements:
Experience working in in coordinating, scheduling, service support or similar customer service role with a HVAC engineering employer
The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator or similar.
Must be able to commute to the office in Macclesfield
