This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Valid driving license and own transport, or alternative suitable travel method, are essential.
This is a permanent position, available full-time or part-time.
About you
To be suitable for this role, you must:
* Be a qualified Social Worker (with Social Work England Registration) passionate about working with children and families to improve outcomes and ensure safety using a strengths-based approach.
* Have sound knowledge of relevant childcare legislation, including 'Working Together to Safeguard Children' and fostering regulations and legislation.
* Be able to build effective relationships with children, young people, and families.
