The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll work as part of a skilled team producing high-quality uPVC windows, doors, and frames.
Typical duties include:
Using hand tools and machinery for cutting, assembling, welding, and fitting
Beading, glazing, and performing quality checks
Safely handling and loading window frames
Supporting the smooth running of the production line
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
A team player with a positive attitude
Experienced in a production, factory, assembly, or machine operative role (preferred, but not essential)
Able to commute to the NR9 area (own transport essential)
