Parts Advisor – Car Dealership

Up to £30,000 basic + bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join a busy car dealership in Bury St Edmunds. You’ll support the service and workshop teams, handle customer enquiries, and manage parts orders to keep the dealership running smoothly.
Duties
* Handle customer and workshop parts enquiries (phone, email, counter)
* Order, stock, and issue car parts to the service and sales teams
* Upsell additional parts, accessories, and service products
* Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out inventory checks
* Provide excellent customer service to retail and trade customers
* Support dealership admin processes related to parts
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (car dealership or motor trade)
* Good knowledge of car parts and automotive systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* IT literate (dealer management systems experience preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence desirable
