As we continue to scale and deliver next-generation aircraft seating, we're looking for a Production Planner to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the heart of our manufacturing process — where planning accuracy, responsiveness, and collaboration are critical to success.

🔧 What you'll do in this role as Production Planner
• Raise and manage production orders in our ERP system (e.g. Acumatica), aligned with demand and schedules.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy across components, quantities, and revisions.
• Own short-term inventory planning to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively resolve shortages with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Generate and issue pick lists to support accurate and timely material allocation.
• Coordinate daily and weekly production plans with the shop floor to ensure achievable schedules.
• Track production progress and adjust plans in response to demand or capacity changes.
• Ensure data integrity across planning, inventory, and production records within the ERP system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and system usage.
🧠 What we're looking for in a Production Planner
• Experience in production planning, materials planning, or a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Acumatica or similar).
• Good understanding of BOM structures and inventory management principles.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and analysis.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• APICS/CPIM or similar certification.
