About the Role
As part of a major technical and operational modernisation initiative, you’ll play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes across multiple functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand current pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead process discovery and mapping workshops with cross-functional teams
* Analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Define and document “as-is” and “to-be” processes using industry-standard tools and techniques
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
* Support change impact assessments and contribute to training and adoption plans
* Champion continuous improvement and process governance across the programme
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on process analysis and optimisation
* Expertise in process modelling (e.g. BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) and business requirements gathering
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
