THE ROLE:
As a Lettings Agent, youll be the face of the businessworking directly with prospective tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth letting process from enquiry through to move-in. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities that combine customer service, property management, and sales skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Registering new tenant enquiries and matching them with suitable properties
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating rental terms between landlords and tenants
* Managing offers, referencing, and tenancy progression
* Creating marketing material and advertising listings online
* Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants
* Supporting the wider lettings team with administrative tasks
* Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and internal policies
TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
