As a Maintenance Supervisor at a school within our group, you will supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs. You will help fix problems, keep school grounds neat and tidy, ensure the building meets Health & Safety regulations, undertake safety inspections, and stay up to date with any issues. You will liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school. Frome Hall is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art school serving Bristol and surrounding communities, with a focus on pupils with autism and SEMH needs, aiming for outstanding educational experience and individual pupil progress.

Responsibilities
 * Supervise a maintenance team and contractors
 * Manage site maintenance and general repairs
 * Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and carry out safety inspections
 * Support the Regional Property Manager and Head Teacher as required
Attributes and qualifications
 * Experience managing a site
 * Maintenance skills, professionally or as a DIY enthusiast
 * Ability to support a team of maintenance workers and contractors
 * Can-do attitude, team player, willing to help others
 * Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
 * Willing to start the day early (8am)
