We align ourselves with manufacturers from both the UK and EU in order to have the most comprehensive brick offering possible. Sales Co-Ordinator Must be able to fully use the telephone and have a confident and polite telephone manner. To assist the Area Sales Managers, whether it be administrative support, by pricing enquiries or by helping to create potential business opportunities. To proactively sell our products to all customer types including merchants, developers, builders and homeowners at the expected margin. To process orders from start (quote stage) to finish (seeing that haulage is arranged and delivery has gone in as planned) To maintain existing customer/supplier relations and help build new ones. Dealing with enquiries from start to finish, this may result in having to source products that are not part of our core stock range and pricing using relevant profit margin (basic maths is a must). To build knowledge of all products sold by ET Clay Products Ltd which will enable us to offer information/advice on these products to customers. To match/identify bricks and offer a suitable option. IT skills are required, must learn system and be able to navigate through different screens.
