Solicitors/Associates – Commercial Property -choice of office locations in East Anglia with hybrid working
Client
A highly regarded and award-winning, full-service regional law firm with a strong commercial property practice
Role
To assist in the delivery of all aspects of commercial property work, including:
* acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold premises
* investment portfolio management
* development sites
* property finance work
* landlord and tenant matters
* corporate support and other associated property issues
You
* Ideally between 2-5 years PQE
* Knowledge of relevant law and legal principles
* Ability to manage your own caseload with some supervision from partners and senior associates
* Attend meetings and interviews with clients
* Attend business development events, cultivating new business
