The Role You will be a key member of the catering team to ensure that the catering operations runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times.
You will prepare, cook and serve food for approx.
1200, always adhering to procedures.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management.
The role is working 5 days out of 7 42 hours per week overtime available Shift patterns will either be 5.30am 1.30pm or 1.30pm 8.30pm Christmas off! We would welcome candidates from the MOD, Contract Catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains and hold the following qualifications Level 2 Food Safety and allergen management City & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ equivalent Supervisory qualification preferred
