Your New Role
A growing organisation within the property management space is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12‑month FTC, with strong potential to be permanent.
This is a high-impact, hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders across a growing, multi-site operation.
You’ll act as the most senior HR professional in the business, partnering closely with the MD and leading an experienced HR Advisor. With a workforce of, and further growth expected, this is a role where you’ll have real autonomy, visibility and influence. (Immediate start available).
Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Strategy
1. Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals
2. Providemercially focused HR advice to support performance and growth
3. Contribute to the development and delivery of the people strategy
Change & Transformation
4. Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures
5. Manage TUPE transfers end-to-end, ensuringpliance and smooth integration
6. Support business transformation projects across multiple sites
Employee Relations
7. Provide expert guidance onplex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
8. Mitigate risk through strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
9. Promote consistent and fair application of policies and procedures
Talent, Development & Engagement
10. Work with Resourcing and L&D to support workforce planning and capability development
11. Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
12. Support the development of high-performing teams and leadership capability
Team Leadership
13. Coach and support the HR Advisor to ensure high-quality operational delivery.
14. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery

What You Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a confident,mercially minded HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced, owner‑led environments where decisions are made quickly and autonomy is encouraged. You will bring:
15. Proven HR Business Partnering experience in a generalist capacity.
16. Strong change management experience, including TUPE expertise (end‑to‑end, in and out).
17. A progressive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to think on your feet and influence senior stakeholders.
18. Strongmunication and presentation skills, with the confidence to partner directly with an MD.
19. Willingness to travel across the UK, including presence in London plus other locations as and when required.
20. Experience in construction, property, or similarly operational, multi‑site environments (desirable but not essential).
