At GSK we are looking to recruit a capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support 2 x Vice Presidents (VPs) and 2 x Directors within the company’s Strategy Supply Chain function.

GSK manufacture and supply reliable, high-quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients’ needs and drive our performance. Our network of 37 medicines and vaccines manufacturing sites delivered 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses in 2024 to help make a positive impact on the health of millions of people. Our supply chain is not just core to our operations; it’s vital to bringing our innovations to patients as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible. Technology is transforming how we manufacture medicines and vaccines, enabling us to increase the speed, quality and scale of product supply. We need the very best minds and capability to help us on our journey to make more complex products, harnessing the power of smart manufacturing technologies including robotics, digital solutions and artificial intelligence to deliver for patients.

Position Summary:

You will provide high-quality executive support to our Strategy Supply Chain senior leaders as they operate in a fast-moving, global environment. You will manage calendars, travel as well as setting up key strategy and team meetings whilst building strong relationships across multiple cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:



* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate cross-time-zone commitments.
* Organise travel, visas and detailed itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics and cost awareness.
* Handle confidential correspondence and communications with discretion and professionalism.
* Manage small projects and process improvements to increase team efficiency.
* Work with finance and procurement systems to process expenses, invoices and purchase requests.
* Act with discretion (as you will be privy to sensitive information concerning GSK’s supply chain strategy)


Basic Qualification:

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:


* Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior executives and/or leadership teams in a large organisation (to Director & VP-level).
* Strong diary and travel management skills (including international travel coordination).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn new tools.
* High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
* Able to organise competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.


Preferred Qualification:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:


* Experience with expense, procurement or HR systems (for example Concur, Ariba, Workday).
* Experience supporting at regional or global scale across multiple countries and time zones.
* Advanced Excel skills or experience creating simple data reports and visual summaries.
* Experience managing vendors, event logistics or small project budgets.
* Comfortable learning and testing digital tools, including AI-assisted productivity tools.
* Formal certifications in business administration or professional PA/EA qualifications.

Working Pattern and Location:

This role is based out of our GSK HQ in London (UK) and operates on a hybrid working model. You will be expected to work on-site typically 2-3 days per week (but with flexibility to meet team and business needs).
