A well-established IFA firm in Marlow is seeking a mid-to-senior level Paraplanner to join their growing team. The Opportunity You’ll work in a dedicated pod structure (1 Adviser, 1 Paraplanner, 1 Administrator), supporting an experienced Chartered Adviser and focusing on high-net-worth clients. This is a career paraplanner role, not a stepping stone into advice, ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing and technically involved without the pressure of sales or new business targets.
