Management - Lighthouse Lodge Care Home

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 per annum + 40% KPI Bonus + Private Healthcare

Shift Type: Days

Contracted hours: 40


Opportunity

* Continuous monitoring and embedding of compliance improvements ahead of reinspection
* Strengthening governance and quality assurance frameworks
* Driving occupancy while maintaining strong fee integrity (current average weekly fee £1,230)
* Maintaining a proud zero‑agency workforce
* Developing and mentoring an ambitious Deputy and established senior team
* Building on strong relationships with commissioners and the local community


What You’ll Bring

* A strong CQC track record and experience managing compliance action plans
* Proven ability to lead a financially successful care home
* Commercial awareness around occupancy, budgets, and fee management
* Experience managing residential and/or dementia services of similar size
* Excellent stakeholder management with commissioners and regulators
* A mentoring mindset, developing future leaders beneath you
* You do not need a Nurse PIN to register for this role


Your Impact

As Home Manager at Lighthouse Lodge, you will set the tone for the entire service. You’ll create stability during the leadership transition, reassuring staff and families while strengthening governance systems. Through your guidance, compliance will become embedded rather than reactive. The team will feel supported, developed, and proud of the standards they deliver every day.

Your commercial acumen will protect and grow occupancy, ensuring the home remains financially strong while never compromising on care. Your relationships with commissioners and regulators will reinforce Lighthouse Lodge’s reputation as a trusted local provider. With your leadership, Lighthouse Lodge won’t simply maintain standards; it will push confidently toward excellence.
