Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 per annum + 40% KPI Bonus + Private Healthcare

What You’ll Bring
* A strong CQC track record and experience managing compliance action plans
* Proven ability to lead a financially successful care home
* Commercial awareness around occupancy, budgets, and fee management
* Experience managing residential and/or dementia services of similar size
* Excellent stakeholder management with commissioners and regulators
* A mentoring mindset, developing future leaders beneath you
* You do not need a Nurse PIN to register for this role
