Key responsibilities:

* Participation in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, visual design, usability testing, functional testing and creation of user guides.
* Exploring and defining product requirements.
* Applying research results, technical constraints and design standards to sprint deliverables.
* Understanding customer/user needs and priorities.
* Working closely with our other designers and developers to produce optimal solutions.
* Product research and testing outside of the sprint process.
* Working closely with colleagues to constantly innovate, design and develop the way we do things, improving performance, quality and re‑usability across products and projects.


Experience & Qualifications required:

This is a wide-ranging role working across the whole design lifecycle. If you have strong demonstrable experience in the following areas we are happy to provide on the job training for enthusiastic individuals to cover the additional skills required:

* Web-based application and mobile application design (pure website design skills alone are not what’s required in this role)
* Requirements analysis
* 2 years experience
* Demonstrable UX/UI design experience in desktop and mobile, preferably in B2B software.
* 2-5 years experience of working in facilities management/property management.
* Experience working with Adobe software packages and Agile methodologies.
* Product/Market Research experience a plus.
* Experience in data analytics and visualisation a plus.
* Hungry to learn and grow new professional skills.
* Takes pride in a job well done.
* Flexibility in thinking and approach to problem solving.
* Agility to move quickly and respond to change.
* Resilience and perseverance in overcoming challenges.
* Self‑motivated in getting what needs doing done.
* Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment with friendly professionals.

Salary Range: £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience.
