Solutions Architect - Enterprise Systems

We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team.
This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI-led improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems
* Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform)
* Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript)
* Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to business processes
* Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience
* Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365)
* Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions
* Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, practice management systems)
* Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
* Experience in professional services environments is a bonus
