Typical day
* Getting to know our communities through visibility on the estates engaging with customers.
* Supporting our housing managers to look after their patches, improving our local neighbourhoods.
* Youll support with tasks such as managing our voids processes which includes liaising with local authorities, estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site.
* Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
* Youll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done.
