Talent Acquisition Business Partner

This is a hands-on, operational recruitment role where you’ll manage end-to-end hiring activity across the business, supporting managers with sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing multiple recruitment campaigns across various business functions
2. Writing and posting job adverts across job boards and social media
3. Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
4. Supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment process
5. Direct sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
6. Building talent pipelines for future vacancies
7. Coordinating interviews, assessment activities, and offer processes
8. Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring a positive candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
9. Previous, recent, in-house or agency recruitment experience
10. Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
11. Confident sourcing candidates directly and using social recruitment tools
12. Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
13. Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
14. Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
