Role Overview
The responsibilities of this role include providing 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students, maintaining the IT infrastructure, assessing hardware and software inventory, and managing users in a variety of systems. In addition, the role involves assisting with longer-term strategic IT projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing 1st and 2nd line support to all students, teachers and school staff across the site.
2. Installation and maintenance of the school's hardware and software systems.
3. AV set up for school events, training and meetings.
4. Collaborate with the team to help further develop the school's website.
5. Perform minor repairs or arrange for repairs of equipment as needed.
6. Install and update anti-virus software on all workstations and laptops, and report any unresolved issues to the IT manager.
7. User maintenance and management for the following systems - Active Directory, Net2, MyConcern, Kerboodle, File servers, Collins Connect, G-Suite, Dynamic Learning and Active Learn.
