The Role:-
* To account manage a small number of UK high-street customers – being point of contact for customer and following their orders from purchase orders until deliveries,.
* A large part of the role is developing existing styles, introducing new details/colours etc.
* Designing/developing core ladies knitwear/jersey/woven/jacket using CAD
* Produce detailed, accurate tech packs
* Meeting with customers and take briefs, present ranges
* Manage customer expectations, approvals & deliveries
* Manage critical path
* Approve and manage tests / lab dips
* Representing the business to the best of your ability
* Make Purchase orders.
The Candidate:-
* Adobe Illustrator or equivalent CAD package knowledge is essential
* Successful candidate must be fully fluent on Microsoft Office in particularly Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of tech specs and garment construction is essential
* Confident at presenting ranges
* Able to work well in a team
* Ability to update and work within the critical path
* Must have excellent analytical and organisational skills
* Knowledge of the Merchandising process would be desired
* The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of an importer/supplier and how the design process works - You must be able to develop existing products to create fresh, new take on previous best sellers
