Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director
Location: Home-based (with occasional travel as required) ideally located with a maximum of 1.5 half hours from Stamford, Lincolnshire
Working Pattern: Full-time or Part-time considered

Retail Spotlight (incorporating In-Touch) helps some of the biggest UK FMCG brands within the C-Store sector by providing a market leading data feed, valuable insights & various tools to maximise their sales & distribution.
As a key part of our future growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Manager / Executive to join our Sales & Commercial team to take develop & convert our significant pipeline of opportunities
This role is focused on driving new business growth and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the commercial development of a dynamic, data-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities across relevant sectors
* Lead outreach efforts, conduct introductory calls and product demonstrations
* Develop proposals and close deals to bring new clients on board
* Manage and track your own pipeline and sales performance
* Support onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition
* Stay current on market developments and feed insights back into the team
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in business development/sales roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Digitally confident and eager to become an expert in our platform
* Experience or knowledge of the FMCG, food & drink or wholesale sectors is advantageous
