Role: ATP Therapy Lead

Location: Altrincham
Responsibilities:
Lead the therapy service, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred interventions.
Provide clinical supervision and line management to therapy staff.
Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and oversee care planning.
Contribute to service development and multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
Requirements:
HCPC registered professional (OT/SLT/other relevant).
Significant experience in therapy leadership within mental health.
Strong MDT and supervisory skills.
