Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services - Multi building registration
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £70k - £75k Basic + Bonus

Reconstruct is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded and values-led care provider as they launch a brand new, purpose-built multi-building home in Salford. We're seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee this flagship site, comprising three individual homes within private, therapeutic grounds.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of children’s residential care within a forward-thinking organisation that is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support for young people.
The Role
You will hold registration for a multi-home site comprising three individual children’s homes, all situated within private grounds and designed to create safe, nurturing, and homely environments. You will lead with integrity, vision, and care – ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and embedding a culture of excellence across all services.
What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
* Previous experience managing children’s residential homes, ideally with multi-site exposure.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
* A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
