Overview

We are seeking Administrator to join our team and over see the main day to day running of the office for our family run landscaping business.

Sibley Landscapes is a small family run business carrying out high level landscaping services across the southwest, we now in need of someone to assist with and hopefully become a key figure in the structure of the business.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and assist the proprietor with general office based duties.

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

* Sorting and recording purchase invoices
* Checking off end of month accounts with suppliers
* Maintaining accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Assist with bookkeeping duties using Free agent, including invoice filing and tracking expenses.
* Handle incoming phone calls and recording of enquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Organising of office supplies and maintaining an orderly workspace to enhance productivity.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Experience desirable skills

* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) would be preferred
* Familiarity with Free agent or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.

The position will be part time to start, with the option to go full time depending on ability and demand.

With flexible hours, this role would suit someone looking to work around the school run or possibly looking for part time hours around other commitments.

The role comes with on site parking and your own office space.
