Duties as the Vehicle Damage Assessor will include:
16. Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage using the Audatex system
17. Produce accurate repair cost estimates with precision and attention to detail
18. Effectively liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure smooth communication
19. Identify hidden damages and make informed recommendations for repairs
20. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations
21. Source parts and materials, negotiating prices and delivery timelines as needed
22. Document assessment findings and maintain clear records of all correspondence
23. Keep up to date with all latest repair methodologies and industry best practices
24. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any disputes professionally
Requirements that the Vehicle Damage Assessor will need:
25. Previous experience working in a similar Vehicle Damage Assessor position
26. Experience with Audatex software is essential
27. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 and an ATA / IMI qualification, with a solid bodyshop background
28. Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required
