This is an excellent opportunity for someone fluent in German and English who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service.The role offers hybrid working, a structured training programme, and the chance to build valuable experience within a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in German and English via phone, email, and live chat.Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders.Handle customer complaints and enquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and follow up as needed.Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely responses.Support the wider customer service team in achieving service targets. What We re Looking For Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).Previous customer service experience preferred (office, retail, or contact centre).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.Confident using computers and managing multiple systems.A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
