Our esteemed client operates a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced manual and CNC machinery, offering full training and long-term development for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Machinist duties include preparing and setting up components for machining using manual equipment, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Operating CNC machinery in line with established procedures to produce high-quality components, with full training provided for setting machines. Carrying out detailed inspections and measurements to ensure all finished parts meet strict quality standards. Supporting routine maintenance and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a machining or engineering environment is advantageous but not essential. A strong desire to learn and develop as a Machinist. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety.
