This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built facility with a growing patient list and a strong ethos of teamwork and professional development.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, contributing to the ongoing improvement of services, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our community.
Key Responsibilities Provide consultations and clinical assessments to patients, managing a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with practice policies and NHS standards.
Participate in duty doctor rota and contribute to on-call responsibilities as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, including GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Support the practices commitment to training and education, including mentoring opportunities for medical students and GP registrars.
Engage in clinical governance activities, including audits, significant event reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the development and delivery of enhanced services and participate in PCN activities.
