Join our ATF team as a Warehouse Team Leader, where your leadership and attention to detail will directly support our mission to deliver operational excellence across motorcycle parts logistics. ⭐ About the Role As the ATF Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient pre-packing, picking, dispatch, and stock control. You’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional accuracy, meeting daily and weekly KPIs, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the pace, uphold quality standards, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and productivity. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse operatives. Allocate daily workloads aligned with operational priorities and KPIs. Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support development. Promote a safe, accountable, and positive working environment. Pre-Pack Operations Organise and participate in pre-packing motorcycle parts to specification. Ensure daily pre-pack targets are met (8 units per day). Maintain consistent quality throughout the preparation process. Pick, Pack & Dispatch Lead accurate and timely picking and packing of sold items. Ensure 100% of sold items are dispatched within 24 hours. Maintain packaging standards to reduce damage and returns. Stock Control & Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records using Linnworks (WMS). Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies. Achieve and maintain 99% inventory accuracy. Warehouse Organisation Develop and maintain efficient storage systems and item locations. Optimise warehouse layout for productivity and safety. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant. Quality Control Ensure all pre-packed and dispatched items meet required standards. Maintain return rates below 2%. Support the protection of eBay Top Seller status and 98% feedback score. Shipping & Receiving Support loading and unloading of deliveries. Ensure incoming goods are checked, processed, and stored correctly. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Contribute ideas to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service. Reporting Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activity. Provide updates and reports to the ATF Operations Manager. Key Performance Indicators Pre-Pack Volume: 8 units per day Dispatch Time: 100% within 24 hours Inventory Accuracy: 99% Return Rate: eBay Feedback Score: 98% eBay Top Seller Status: Maintained Skills & Experience Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices. Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Confident using WMS systems (Linnworks preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment. Previous supervisory or team leader experience (highly desirable).
