* Proven experience managing hard FM operations and technical maintenance teams
* Electrical trade qualifications and hands‑on testing/installation knowledge
* Strong problem‑solving ability, compliance awareness and attention to technical detail
* Confidence managing contractors, CAFM systems and health & safety processes
