Sales Administrator Location: Guildford- Free Parking on site (Must Drive) Salary: £27-30k (Based on Experience) PLUS 22 days holiday BH, Christmas Parties and Team Building Events, Private Health Insurance, 7 % Employer Pension Contribution, Discretionary bonuses, Study support SO MUCH MORE! Our client are growing and currently looking for a passionate individual to join their small friendly team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and supporting a friendly, collaborative team. You will work closely with the sales, warehouse, and production teams to guarantee efficient order fulfilment, while managing a busy inbox and handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process and verify incoming sales orders with accuracy Input data into the ERP system promptly and precisely Communicate with customers and internal teams on order status and delivery timelines Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely fulfilment Maintain accurate records and documentation Generate invoices, packing slips, and movement certificates in line with customs regulations Send daily invoices and courier tracking details to customers Monitor order progress and resolve any issues proactively Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team environment Provide general business and office support as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving organisation where your contributions are truly valued.
