An individual in the Sileby area requires social and daily living support from a female, self‑employed Personal Assistant.
Role Requirements
* support the client with personal care tasks / toilet needs when required
* escort the client to the community to go swimming on Sundays (you will not be required to enter the pool)
* support the client to take part in hobbies, go out shopping and gardening
* support with household tasks
You must have a full, clean UK driving licence and will need to occasionally drive the Motability car.
The client likes spending time with family, talking, swimming, pets (they have 3 cats and fishes), house plants, cooking, the garden, and going shopping.
Diagnoses
* a stroke causing left side weakness
* spasticity in left arm, hand and foot – calliper worn on left leg which often spasms
* neurodivergence
