Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Weekends (overtime)

REClifts is now looking for a proven Stairlift Engineer that is looking to manage a busy warehouse in Yorkshire.
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and operations? Are you a Stairlift Engineer looking to come off the road? We're looking for an experienced Stairlift Warehouse Manager to join our client's Stairlift Engineering team. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a busy warehouse and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the operation.
What You'll Be Doing as a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:
* Overseeing all warehouse operations, including goods-in and dispatch
* Managing and supporting a team of warehouse staff
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
* Collaborating with other departments to improve processes
* Reporting performance and operational updates to management
What We're Looking For in a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:
* Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Good understanding of health & safety compliance
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
