Job Summary
The Clinical Education Specialist primarily delivers and coordinates training on GE Healthcare’s products. This training is conducted mainly at hospital sites and remotely via digital methods. Responsibilities
* Provide onsite clinical applications training for users in the designated modality area.
* Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager.
* Serve as a technical liaison to the sales team to enhance technical capabilities and foster customer relationships, while driving business opportunities.
* Conduct high-quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.
* Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
* Promote the company's differentiators based on customer clinical needs, competition, and value propositions.
* Develop a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
* Support trade shows, workshops, customer visits, and the deployment of digital tools in clinical education.
* Document all trainings, site visits, and customer interactions per local protocols.
* Deliver customer presentations at classroom education days and user events.
Qualifications
* Certified in Bone Density scanning.
* Proven technical/clinical experience with DEXA equipment.
* Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with initiative to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
* Customer-oriented with a strong satisfaction mindset.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
* Ability to travel 70-80% of the time to customer sites.
Desired Skills
* Previous experience with GE products.
* Experience in conducting training sessions.
* Knowledge of GE’s or competitors’ interventional products.
