We’re looking for a Fundraiser Principal Lead to shape donor strategies and legacy giving, making a real difference.
Working closely with senior leaders to develop campaigns, build lasting donor relationships, and maximise fundraising potential. This is your chance to lead on high-impact strategies that engage supporters and create long-term support.
Develop and implement individual giving and legacy fundraising strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters and donors, managing regular giving programs, and leading legacy campaigns to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and best CRM practices.
Work with the communications team to create compelling fundraising content.
Manage budgets and provide regular performance reports.
Proven experience in fundraising strategy and achieving targets.
Experience with CRM systems and data management.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
