Brentside High School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their dedicated IT team. In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Gain experience with scripting (PowerShell) to automate tasks, initially under supervision. Learn to interpret technical documentation using internal resources such as structured folders and a SharePoint-based knowledge base. Support the team in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by responding to helpdesk tickets within set timeframes. Use a range of troubleshooting tools, including Active Directory, Imperial, and Wireshark, to assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Provide technical support internally and externally via the helpdesk system, with a focus on in-person and email-based support. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
