Overall Job Purpose
Ayvens is seeking a talented Marketing Content Manager to:
* Develop marketing assets, content, and collateral to meet the needs of target audiences to maximise marketing performance.
* Design and deliver effective campaign materials and activities, including writing, reviewing, and editing communications and collateral across multiple channels.
* Act as SME for copywriting and provide drafting and editing for external communications for the wider marketing team.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000.
Key Accountabilities
As the Marketing Content Manager, you will:
* Work with the Product & Marketing Business Partners to co-design effective marketing campaign plans to meet business objectives.
* Act as SME for copywriting and provide drafting and editing for marketing communications and the wider marketing team.
* Develop segment-specific targeted materials to optimise audience engagement in marketing activities.
* Develop account and contact-specific materials for use in ABM programmes.
* Manage the efficient re-branding of core materials to deliver to partner brands and maximise marketing creative ROI.
* Maintain the library of assets in line with company policy and stakeholder requirements.
* Support the delivery of client events through production of materials and technical assistance.
* Support the delivery of Social Media strategy through creation and publication of assets.
* Ensure measurement criteria are set up for marketing assets to facilitate performance reporting.
* Manage supplier relationships to support marketing activities.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and IT teams to execute digital activities effectively.
Competencies
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* B2B Marketing experience
* Track record of marketing campaign success
* Strong customer understanding
* Good written English (copywriting skills)
* Strong teamworking and collaboration skills
* Organisational skills
* Supplier or Relationship management
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
Skills And Experience Required/Desirable
* Proven experience in B2B marketing (Campaign execution)
* Knowledge of Design thinking or similar customer-centric techniques
* Organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
