About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our supportive schools across Bedford.
This role is ideal for a confident classroom practitioner who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils’ progress across a range of year groups and subjects.
You’ll be joining a welcoming and professional team where CPD training and ongoing development opportunities are readily available to help you grow and succeed in your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and key stages.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Ensure learning objectives are met and provide feedback as required.
* Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils’ academic and emotional development.

Experience and Qualifications
* Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred.
* Experience: Previous classroom teaching experience is desirable.
* Skills: Strong classroom management, flexibility, and a passion for supporting young learners.
