The Role
As a Majestic Trainee Manager, you will undertake a 12-month development program to gain comprehensive operational, service, and leadership experience, preparing you to become a Store Manager. You will follow a structured training pathway with support from your Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
* Drive store performance by maximizing sales and improving KPIs.
* Build customer loyalty through personalized service and communication.
* Promote products passionately through tastings and storytelling.
* Maintain and enhance store appearance and operations.
* Support operational tasks such as stock deliveries, merchandising, and customer outreach.
* Identify improvements to operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
* Engage in personal development and support junior team members.
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Experience in retail or hospitality, working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented.
* Good communication and time management skills.
* Passion for wine and willingness to learn, aiming to pass WSET Level 2 & 3.
* Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
